What is Staging?
Staging is peeling back the layers of the home and addressing each issue that may disuade or deter potential buyers.  This is done by neutralizing the visual aesthetics of a home to appeal to a wider variety of prospective buyers.  Staging is much more involved now, than its origins of simply de-cluttering and rearranging furniture.
